The Perfect Family Fun Day Out – CarFest South

Founded by Chris Evans, CarFest South is a car show that’s tailor made for families. The festival takes place from 23^rd to 25^th August at Laverstoke Park Farm in Hampshire. There’s so much going on, you may want to attend for the entire weekend, and your ticket money will go to good causes, with 25% of every ticket sold going to help the good work of several children’s charities.

Cars and so much more

There’s so much to see and do over the weekend, but of course, it’s the cars that are the focus and you certainly won’t be disappointed on that score! The CarFest Paddock is a showcase for the fastest and loudest cars ever, the Motorsport Paddock will feature a celebration of Grand Prix Through the Ages with displays and demonstrations of historic Grand Prix vehicles dating back to the turn of the century, as well as a chance to get up close and personal to some of the latest, most advanced Grand Prix cars.

Fabulous live music events

There are loads of big name acts performing all over the weekend. You might be surprised that this event is akin to a music festival, with performances going on into the night. Highlights include Rick Astley, Tony Christie, Beverly Knight, The Jacksons, Kaiser Chiefs, Boy George and Culture Club, The Human League, Texas and Sister Sledge!

The kids will never get bored here

There’s so much here for the kids to enjoy with a skate park, a fun fortress to climb and explore, a toy zone where kids can test out the latest toys and even a roller disco and the chance to have a go at zorbing!

Vintage CarFest

Step into the Vintage CarFest area and you’re stepping back in time. There will be some great jazz, swing and big band performances, a traditional circus, a steam fair and the awesome Wall of Death with motorcyclists performing death-defying loops around the circular wall.

Experience Well-being at Eden

With so much activity going on, you may just want to relax and unwind in a peaceful sanctuary for a while. So step into Eden and visit the Little Slice of Heaven Sanctuary. A tranquil zone where you can take part in a yoga class, book a massage or relax in a hot tub, leaving you ready and refreshed for everything else that CarFest South has to offer!
