Whatever your preference, today is the day to order yourself a pint as it’s International Beer Day! Plan a trip to support your local pub, try something new from a local brewery, or even an exotic brew from overseas. You might just find yourself a new favourite. Or perhaps you’d like to celebrate at home? No problem, you’ll find so many fabulous beers in the shops these days. You could pick out a beer you’ve never tried before. How about Tiny Rebel’s ‘Stay Puft’, a marshmallow flavour porter – it’s delicious trust me! Or just go for a beer with the silliest name such as the tennis themed ‘New Balls Please’ from the Cottage Brewing Co. or ‘Naughty Noelle’ from the York Brewery.
