What’s your favourite cartoon car?

Scooby Doo

In the world of cartoons, cars are so much more fun than in the real world aren’t they? Whether they fly, they have built in ejector seat or simply have an awesome paint job, you just can’t beat a cartoon car.

You’ve got to love the Scooby Doo Mystery Machine, technically it’s a van rather than car, but it’s cool enough to include I’m sure you’ll agree. If you owned the Mystery Machine and wanted a nice new plate for it you could have SB04 DOO or perhaps 48 MM.

Running the car from The Flintstones might be pretty exhausting as of course it’s leg powered! Motorway driving might be rather problematic! If you owned the Flintstones cars you could perhaps have the number plate BOO 5H after their daughter Boo Boo or BAM 554 for their son Bam Bam. Or if you didn’t want to show favouritism then you could opt for a plate for Fred Flintstone himself such as FRE 11D.

Young cartoon fans would probably love to drive the sporty Lightning McQueen from the film Cars. But for the ultimate All Purpose Vehicle, those of a slightly older vintage may well remember the Convert-A-Car vehicle from Wacky Races. It’s a boat, it’s a plane, it’s a car! It doesn’t get much better than that!
