After months of speculation, they have announced that they are going to call their new arrival Harper Seven Beckham David announced his daughter’s arrival on his facebook page by writing “I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham. She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA” The Seven in the name is believed to be a reference to David’s football number when he played for Manchester United and England, while the Harper could be referring to Harper’s Bazaar magazine or perhaps To Kill A Mockingbird author Harper Lee. It has proved to be a popular name in the U.S. and other celebrities, such as Foo Fighters Dave Grohl, Lisa Marie Presley, and Neil Patrick Harris have named their daughters Harper. Maybe when the Beckham’s return to the UK, there would like to buy their new daughter personalised number plates. Excellent number plates would be HA12 PER which will be released early next year. If they didn’t want to wait until next year they may decide on BO55 HSB, as I’m sure she will be control of her brothers in years to come.
