Jayne Henry April 17, 2011 Motoring UK From the 15th April, the DVA will no longer request V5CNI during transfers of registrations for customers who live in Northern Ireland. It will be up to either the customer OR Number Plates Dealer to request the V5CNI from Mobility. To request a V5CNI you will need to contact Mobility on 0117 317 3064 who will forward the V5CNI by recorded delivery. This is only for customers who live in Northern Ireland. If you have a mobility vehicle and live on the GB mainland then the policy has not changed. The DVA/DVLA will request the V5C directly from Mobility. Mobility will post the V5C directly to customers they will only issue V5C to the DVLA.
